The User is the author of their verses, essentially being omnipotent and possessing the ability to change and influence absolutely any aspect of reality and existence similar to how an author can change their story at a whim. The author is be capable of achieving absolutely any effect that they desire through employing various storytelling devices or tropes without limit. They would be able to shape the universe's narrative however they please, coming up with any rules, any entities, any locations, any power etc.
